HOTELS
- All rates shown are per person in specified category.
- Rates valid and updated regularly but are subject
to change until booked.
- Rates include general taxes and service charge;
however, some 5* hotels and selected 4* hotels in
some cities charge anywhere form $0.50 - $1.50 per
person per night Tourism Tax. These taxes cannot be
collected by South America Way and must be paid locally
at check out.
- Collected locally by based on currency fluctuations
are considered valid however should be used for planning
purposes.
- Rates include Buffet Breakfast unless
otherwise noted.
- Check in time is 2PM; check out time is Noon.
CITY TOURS
- Rates are person based on number of passengers
using the service.
- Most services are shown in both private or group
(SIB = "Seat In Bus") basis. We recommend
our passengers consider using private services as
this means that transfers or tours are provided with
a private car and guide/driver who is providing services
to you only. The guide is, within the confines of
the service contracted, essentially at your disposal.
on the other hand, a group tour (Seat In Bus basis)
means you will be taking the tour or service in a
larger vehicle with other passengers.
- We encourage all passengers to book their sightseeing
tours in advance in order for us to assure availability
of the best guides; after all, the guides can make
such a difference! However we realize that this is
not always possible, so our local offices usually
have the ability to offer the same programs featured
on our web site to you upon arrival -- pending availability
at time of request.
- Tips to the guide are not included in the rate.
PACKAGES

to the lowest season in the year. Expect moderate
to high increases for high season and holiday periods.
- All rates on this website are per person and based
on double occupancy, unless otherwise indicated.
- Low season dates vary from destination to destination.
Please inquire for details.
Hotels:
- If a hotel included in a program is not available
at the time of the reservation, we will substitute
it for a hotel of similar category.
- Room and cabin upgrades are available at most
hotels and cruises. Please inquire at the time of
reservation.
Itineraries:
- Most programs can be customized.
- All itineraries are subject to change without
notice.
ECO ADVENTURES
- Rates are per person and based on double occupancy,
unless otherwise indicated.
- All Eco Packages include meals and full series
of activities as described in the day by day itineraries.
- Itineraries are subject to change without notice
based on weather, climate or other conditions beyond
the outfitter's control
