Step One: Plan & Book
- Consult with our Group Department to develop the
itinerary that is right for your group.
- In most cases we can provide a Site Inspection Trip
to South America for you to experience and plan your
tour first hand. The trip will be provided “at
cost” and will be eventually refunded when the
group travel.
- Once the itinerary is set, it’s time to book;
an initial deposit is required to hold space and guarantee
rates.
Step Two: Promote & Sell
- We assist you by creating a dedicated web page
for the tour to which you can direct your prospects.
- Further, if such services are required, we can also
create a special extension on our 800# and receive
and process passenger reservations on your behalf,
as well as create tour-specific promotional material.
- Balance Payment and name lists are required 45 days
before departure, but if space is available, you may
keep selling as long as possible.
Step Three: Ready to Go
- 30 days before departure we prepare all final documents,
including tickets, itineraries, luggage tags, hotel
contacts, packing tips, etc. and send them to your
for your distribution to your group.
- One week before departure our Group Department reviews
the itinerary with you one more time, double checking
everything and taking care of any last minute requirements.
- Upon your arrival in South America, our dedicated staff
takes over and you just relax and enjoy your trip.
