The archipelago of Fernando de Noronha consists of twenty-one islands, a distance of 26 km ², and a principal - the largest of all also called "Fernando de Noronha" - as the only inhabited island. The other is contained in the National Marine Park and is uninhabited and can only be visited with official license from IBAMA.
The Pousada Estrela do Mar is located in the New Forest Village, about 10 minutes from Vila dos Remedios (center of the island) and about 15 minutes from the Tourist Complex of the Dog, Praia do Meio and Praia da Conceição. The inn has comfortable cabins with air conditioning, private bathroom, hot shower, TV, fridge.
